Tax Preparing office is looking for a receptionist for busy tax season- positive, friendly, and organized. This is a family run business of more than 30 years providing five-star personalized services to their client family.
Skills Needed
“People skills” - interacting with clients in person and on the phone
Attention to Detail – this is a tax office and we need to get it right every time
Telephone – manage busy phone lines
Scheduling appointments for multiple tax preparers while meeting clients’ needs
General computer skills
Duties – Answer phones, schedule appointments, time managing, mail (incoming and outgoing), type invoices, light general cleaning/prep, and sending/receiving emails.
$18/ hour
Bilingual is a plus
