Small, family-owned manufacturing business in Simi Valley seeks a skilled sales administrator. Applicant must be organized and capable of operating in a small office environment. This fulltime position is available in the next week. Starting pay is $17.00/hr. Working hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, M-F. Position offers paid time off and healthcare benefits are available.
Minimum qualifications required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & Access
Excellent customer service/relations and communication skills, including answering and handling moderate volumes of phone calls and emails
Self-starting & motivated with a positive attitude
Basic familiarity with QuickBooks
Capable of working independently, as well as in small teams
Ability to multitask and fill several roles (i.e. 'wear lots of hats')
Additional pluses:
Ability to create documents and promotional literature with basic supplemental graphics composed in Adobe Photoshop or MS Paint
Marketing skills
