Secretary Needed for a small company
2 years minimum experience
Must be Bilingual in ENGLISH / SPANISH or ENGLISH / TAGALOG
Must have the following;
Customer service
Answering multiply phone lines
Scheduling and follow ups.
Pay bills
Assist in the office with various other tasks
QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work alone
Self motivated
Fast learner
