HVAC company is looking for an experienced service coordinator/dispatcher that can start immediately.
If you’re a natural problem solver with dispatch or scheduling experience — especially in HVAC — this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing technician schedules, routing, and daily assignments
- Keeping track of calls, jobs, and follow-ups using Service Log
- Communicating clearly with both customers and field staff
- Ensuring every call gets handled efficiently and with care
- Supporting the office team with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day logistics
We Offer:
- $28 - $30/hour BOE
- Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)

- Previous dispatch experience (HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to help the team succeed
