Able to handle all types of repairs for a large apartment complex such as cleaning drains and sewer lines properly, electrical repairs, plumbing including working with copper, general cleanliness of the apartment grounds (Not the gardening), manage the trash, handle turnovers, installing Hot Water Heaters, Air conditioners, wall heaters, repairing refrigerators and stoves.
Will work under the supervision of the lead maintenance person and the resident manager
