JVS ApartmentWorks® offers a NO COST 8-week training with job placement to individuals interested in entering the apartment industry as Apartment Maintenance Technicians. The program provides participants with the skills they will need to become excellent employees as Apartment Maintenance Technicians and embark on a successful career in the apartment maintenance industry. Please note that is NOT for Apartment Management.
Class starts: OCTOBER 10, 2024
Class hours: Monday through Friday, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.
Classes held hybrid: in-person hands-on training in DTLA with online learning.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum Age 18
Valid California ID/SSN
Acceptance conditioned on passing a background check
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of work history in the past 5 years
