Are you an experienced Apartment Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a great opportunity for you to manage a deluxe 62-unit building in a prime Encino location, close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years experience managing an apartment building over 30 units.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of maintaining high occupancy and high tenant satisfaction.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently.
Skills to oversee property maintenance, including coordination with vendors.
Duties:
Oversee and ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the building.
Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and leasing.
Working with vendors to ensure the property is in good condition.
Implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
