Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to take on the role of On-Site Part-Time Resident Manager at our beautiful 37-unit apartment community in Tarzana. This position is key to ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and vibrant living environment. If you're a people-person with a passion for customer service and property management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
Showing available units and conducting open houses.
Scheduling move-ins and move-outs.
Coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep.
Attending to resident requests and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ensuring the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property grounds.
Preparing and executing leases, managing rent collection, and serving notices and renewals.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
Outstanding credit history is required.
A friendly, people-oriented demeanor.
Strong closing and sales skills with a proven track record.
Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask.
Impeccable communication skills and follow-through.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Craigslist posting.
The ability to take charge, follow directions, and adapt to new challenges.
Reliable transportation.
A sense of humor and a positive attitude.
Previous management experience is a plus!

Pay & Requirements
Pay: $16.78 per hour.
