Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing and Marketing:
Showcase available units to prospective tenants and explain leasing terms.
Answer questions related to property features, lease agreements, and Section 8 program details.
Market available units through online listings, social media, and other appropriate channels.
2. Application Processing:
Assist prospective tenants with completing rental applications and gather necessary documentation.
Verify income, assets, and other eligibility criteria to ensure compliance with Section 8 guidelines.
Coordinate background checks and credit screenings as needed.
3 Lease Management:
Prepare lease agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with HUD standards.
Conduct lease signings and explain lease terms and community rules to new residents.
Handle lease renewals and any changes in tenant status.
