We are a property management company with over 25+ years of experience in the market specializing in multi-family apartments, and we are seeking an experienced dispatcher for a full-time position to join our elite team. Candidates must be able to process invoices, respond to emergency calls, coordinate, and dispatch in-house vendors/handyman crew.
Requirements for this position:
- Basic computer skills with programs like Excel, Microsoft, Yardi a plus
- Fast data entry
- Exhibit great interpersonal skills when speaking with managers, tenants and handyman
- Well organized, team player, and a proficient problem solver in a practical and timely manner
- A basic comprehension of costs for appliances/materials needed for repairs
