The Manager for the Condominium is an agent acting on behalf of the Board of Directors of The HOA. The Manager assists the Board in the management, operation and administration of the Association and shall be available at reasonable times to confer with the Board and its representatives. The Manager participates in all executive, general membership and annual meetings of the Association. The Manager will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day implementation of the procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well maintained property, placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of Association members. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the team of on-site employees and vendors and day-to-day oversight of operating procedures. This individual relies on extensive business experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. In this capacity, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
