We are a professional property management company specializing in full-service multifamily management in the Greater Los Angeles area, is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with a minimum of one years’ experience.
· Language: English required (Bilingual a plus)

Responsibilities Include:
Oversee maintenance and repair issues
Conduct thorough home and property inspections for move-in and move-outs.
Properly post notices, take photographs, as needed
Monitor unit turnovers.
Meet with government agencies to conduct inspections / walk-throughs and investigate complaints.
Oversee vendors to ensure quality control.
Perform additional field work as necessary.
Skills Include:
AppFolio Proficient
Very strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job functions
Excellent ability to accurately report, follow-up, and evaluate
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree
Strong background in customer service, the ability to think on the spot/problem solve, and deal with high-stress situations
Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and AppFolio database software. Ability to quickly learn new procedures & software
