Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team on a per file basis. You will be the main point of contact for borrowers after conditional approval – working directly with them to gather all necessary documents and conditions to ensure smooth and clean closings.
✅ Responsibilities:
Collect and review borrower conditions based on conditional approvals
Communicate professionally and clearly with clients throughout the process
Ensure files are fully submitted, accurate, and ready for underwriter sign-off
Pre-underwrite files to align with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines
Coordinate with the loan officer and escrow/title to push files across the finish line
