PCORE Partners offers a privately developed training program that builds on a combined 35 years of teaching and mentorship experience. An exceptional work ethic is a must, prior sales experience desired but not necessary. Existing or upcoming CA Real Estate Salesperson licensure a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to ask questions, introduce your team, and set meetings
Get creative in outreach via email, in person meetings, and so on.
Study market research to support client needs and strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Assist in the sale of commercial properties through escrow management and coordination
