On-Site Resident Manager

Position Overview the Resident Manager is required to live onsite, maintain scheduled weekly hours, and respond to emergencies during and after business hours. This role oversees day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, basic maintenance, and coordination with management.
Responsibilities:
Apartment leasing and tenant screening
Execute leases and serve required legal notices
Monitor and schedule outside vendors
Interact regularly with tenants and deliver high-quality customer service
Record, track, and confirm completion of work orders
Rent collection and light accounting duties
Enforce compliance with property rules and regulations
Perform light maintenance (battery replacements, minor cleaning, general upkeep)
Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal
Facilitate communication between tenants, support staff, and management
Maintain strong occupancy and top market rents
Accurate daily data entry and reporting (Excel, Microsoft Office/365)
Coordinate unit turns and ensure timely vendor performance
Skill Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records
Valid CA driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record
No prior evictions or bankruptcies
Compensation:
Rent-free onsite housing: One-bedroom unit included
Salary: DOE Benefits: Flexible schedule and paid time off

Schedule:
Approximately 4-hour daily shift
Weekends as needed
Must be available for after-hours emergencies

Onsite in Reseda, CA
Must be able to relocate before start date
