A well-maintained 46-unit apartment building in Pasadena is seeking an on-site Resident Manager (couple preferred). This is a live-in position and requires someone reliable, organized, and personable to help manage day-to-day building operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responding to tenant inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests
Showing available units and assisting with leasing paperwork
Collecting rent and issuing notices when necessary
Maintaining common areas and reporting property needs
Overseeing vendor and repair appointments
General oversight to ensure the building remains clean, safe, and running smoothly
Ideal Candidate(s):
Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous property management or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Must be able to live on-site
