Resident Manager Position – Cheviot Hills / Palms (90034)
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Resident Manager for a well-maintained, 21-unit residential property located in the Cheviot Hills / Palms area of Los Angeles (90034). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong property management and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Day-to-day on-site management of the property
-Handling and serving notices, including 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit, Notices to Enter, and other standard management notices
-Rent collection and basic administrative tracking
-Providing vendors access to the property and coordinating repairs with strong time management skills
-Hosting open houses, showing units, and running ads for vacancies
-Responding to tenant inquiries with professionalism and strong people skills
-Maintaining organized records and communication using Microsoft Outlook
Qualifications:
-Prior Resident Manager experience required
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Knowledge of basic landlord-tenant procedures and notices
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
-Comfortable working with vendors, tenants, and ownership
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Compensation:
Position includes a manager unit: a bright upstairs studio apartment and 1 assigned parking space
Discounted rent for the manager unit as part of compensation
Additional compensation to be discussed at time of interview.
