Seeking professional and experienced, dedicated team of 2 individuals to co-manage as onsite/resident managers. The property is a well maintained apartment community in a desirable location. We are looking for experienced individuals with great familiarity on the day-to-day of managing an apartment building.
The property management company is well established and has protocols that support the onsite managers; it is a great team environment!
Must have working knowledge of rental application and credit check process, lease agreements, listing (marketing and advertising) vacant units, generating and serving 3 day notice to pay rent or quit when necessary.
Must be familiar with fair housing and tenant/landlord law - additional training provided annually.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to: attending to maintenance requests from tenants and placing service request tickets promptly, records keeping, enforcing lease rules, attending eviction trial when necessary (rare), inspecting the property, coordinating repairs, making sure that proper service is provided by contractors, touring property with interested prospective renters, responding to inquiries regarding vacant units, collection of rent
Must live on-site. Compensation includes salary, apartment with paid utilities.
