We are crossing over to Appfolio accounting software (from excel) and we are looking for someone to come help us transition & stay on into the future to help operate, manage and oversight a dozen properties in the surrounding South Bay Area. Apartment assets exist in Inglewood / Gardena / Wilmington / Long Beach. This position is office based plus visiting the assets to check in with staff, and quality control our operations, and assist with Bookkeeping and our Real Estate Sales Division.
Flexible hours and days. All assets managed are owned by Principal (no 3rd party management). Growth, Learning, and opportunities are huge.
