Well-established privately held Residential Property Management company in Valley Village is looking to hire a full time Property Management Assistant for their corporate office. In office position, Monday - Friday; no remote work available.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have at least 1-2 years experience.
Yardi or other Property Management Software
Word and Excel
Processing move out paperwork
Processing tenant payments
Training new hires on use of computer software as needed.
Troubleshooting computer issues for on site managers
Investigate bookkeeping/ tenant ledger issues
Scan bank deposits
Provide light IT assistance to remote employees and in office
Coordinate with tenants and vendors regarding maintenance issues for LA properties
Respond to leasing inquiries
Local property showings & leasing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Filing and organization as necessary
Running errands outside of office as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be drug free, dependable and punctual.
Rate of pay is TBD based on experience of applicant. Benefits after a 90-day probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
