Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage day-to-day property operations effectively. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a team player, and can write professionally when communicating with tenants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to the following:

Conduct regular property inspections (multi-family) and ensure upkeep and maintenance

Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants regarding notices, policies, and concerns

Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and service providers

Track and document tenant issues, maintenance logs, and unit conditions

Organize and maintain property records, lease agreements, and correspondence

Use basic Excel spreadsheets and email to manage schedules, reports, and communications

Assist with tenant screening and lease execution as needed

Collaborate effectively with other team members and management

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Tech-savvy with proficiency in email and basic Excel

Comfortable using property management software (training provided)

Ability to work well in a team environment

Prior experience in property management or customer service is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required
