Company is currently seeking a property manager to manage multiple properties in the Highland Park/Lincoln Heights areas. The position is full time, and the manager will live at one of the properties being managed. To be considered, send your resume in word or pdf format.
Core Duties:
- Collection of Rent
- Posting Notices
- Reviewing and scheduling work orders
- Marketing and leasing vacant units
- Other duties as needed
Experience:
- 1 year of onsite property manager preferred
- Managing a property with 50+ units
- Managing multiple properties is a plus
Required:
- GED or HS Diploma
- Valid Driver's license
- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- $3500-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
