A roving property manager is needed to manage multiple properties in the East Los Angeles/Glassell Park areas. This position is full time, and the manager will live at one of the properties being managed. Properties are within about a 5 mile radius of each other and close to local restaurants and stores.
Responsible For:
- Collection of Rent
- Posting of notices as needed
- Schedule work orders/service requests as needed
- Advertise, market and lease vacant units
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
Required:
- Experience managing a property with 60+ units, managing multiple properties is a plus
-1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
- GED or HS Diploma
- A MUST, Valid Driver's license
- A MUST, Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Pay/Schedule:
- $3500-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
