About the Position:

This is a commission only sales position. You can work remotely. From anywhere in the world.

Ideally looking for someone familiar with real estate.

Your job is to make Outbound Calls.

Both cold calls from in-house data as well as follow up with warm leads who opt-in for more information.

Your job is to sell to:

1. Builders, developers, and investors who want profit with less hassles.

And…

2. Potential homeowners who want independence, freedom from the rat race, and environmentally friendly living.

We’re looking for you to make 40-50+ calls a day (between cold and warm leads). 200-250+ calls a week for qualifying prospects and setting appointments with qualified candidates. You will update the CRM with detailed notes on each prospect. And actively work your pipeline to progress sales.

This position is about you calling, qualifying, and setting appointments for a closer to close the leads for you. This is an extremely well paid appointment setting position. Additionally, you will be expected to follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.

We have cold leads of builders/developers that we are selling to and beginning marketing warm up campaigns to.

And we have warm leads of people who filled out a web-form expressing interest in OasisBioHomes and Ecologically friendly earth homes. Currently we have over a 1,500 past leads and are getting 200+ new warm leads a month. Our daily inbound leads are rising.

The ideal prospect is Builders and Developers who order multiple homes to build a sub-division, or a Build-to-Rent community, or even several AirBnb properties. NOTE: We have financing alliances already organized for builders/investors which makes our offer more attractive to potential clients. And our homes typically cost 30-45% below traditional build costs, which gives more ability for builders/investors to profit.

We have a small sales team and, due to the fact each lead needs to be called multiple times, we are frankly not getting through all our leads at present. So I’m looking to hire 2 new sales team members who will work a sales pipeline effectively while cohesively gelling with our existing team. We look out for each other and do our best to lift each other up.

We are a distributor for a home manufacturing company that has been delivering independence to homeowners for 20 years. The product we are offering is a home that provides independent living with self-sufficiency in Food, Water, and Power.

These homes are constructed stronger and more durable than traditional houses. With off-grid electricity included in the pricing. And upsells of vertical farming and independent water systems. Our product gives homeowners an opportunity to be 100% independent. So they can be off-grid, on-grid, or a hybrid.

Again, the build costs are typically 30-45% less than traditional houses.

Which is Ideal for:

— Homeowners wanting independence

— Unique resorts

— AirBnb’s host houses (which already have case studies of being extremely lucrative for the investors)

— And builder developers.

The homes are built to withstand natural disasters, which in light of recent weather disasters, provides a desirable asset for would-be homeowners and investors alike.

Our product is built on raw land lots or parcels of land.

Each home is assembled and livable within 45-60 days. For example, a deluxe 4 bedroom home, with full electrical and water independence, as well as vertical farming, and can be delivered for less than 95k. With assembly, a person can be fully off-grid with a 4-bedroom, 3 bath home for 145k -180k + the cost of the land.

Look, our strategy this year is pretty simple.

1. Follow up on our inbound leads.

2. Use both cold leads and marketing to get more builders and investors as clients.

Commissions on a single house sale range between $3,000 to $4,500.

Commission on a sale to a single builder / investor can be $30,000 to $120,000+

And currently that’s for you to just SET THE APPOINTMENT and continue following up with the client. Help out with whatever is needed (this fits into 5 main areas), and connect them to our financing group when needed.

Look, that sounds easy, and pretty much it is. BUT you really need to be consistent and follow through. Actively work your pipeline. As long as you do that, I firmly believe each sales rep will make $300k-500k annually or more.

Again, we are making an active focus to build more client relationships with builders this year. But we can’t ignore the current prospects coming to us to see about building an individual home for themselves. Plus many of them are builders looking to do a project.

Just today one of our reps followed up on an inbound lead and had a call with someone looking to do a 12 unit resort with our smaller sized ecologically focused houses. That one prospect is potentially a $37,800+ commission to that rep. However, it will take 90 days to get everything in place, the financing done, and the payment made to put in the order.

Please realize, this is a serious opportunity but one that takes some time to build your pipeline. This won’t be a money tomorrow type thing so if you need money to pay your bills next week, this might be a bad fit for you. You will generally take 45-90 days to earn your first commissions (know this upfront as you will need to get up to speed on our product and learn from making calls to potential clients).

We’re looking for someone who works well with the team dynamic. And a long term fit is more important to us as we are easy going, hard working people. But we’re also people who love to travel, have families, and just enjoy life.

We run a weekly team meeting where we cover the outbound call numbers each week and appointments made. Plus, any details on hot leads that need to be addressed. Issues needing to be resolved. And any thoughts, comments, concerns.

Pretty straightforward. Outside of the weekly team meeting, and calls between team members for any support needed, it’s pretty much on your own schedule.

All in all, this is a fantastic position for the right person.
