Antique Warehouse and Digital Media Manager
Seeking Good Human with a Vintage Vibe, Digital Skills, and Great Work Ethic.
Are you a Type A person who knows where everything is and what everyone is doing? Can you
tell the difference between Mad Men Style and Mad Max? We want to meet you!
This is a full-time managerial position located in our large antique warehouse based in Van Nuys
that is home to all our vintage items that we restore, refurbish, and sell online.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage a team of 5 nice people to make sure all are on task, necessary items are getting
posted online and sold items are getting out the door.
Guide process of posting and managing flow of items on 1stdibs, Charish, Etsy and Ebay.
Answer questions that come in online, via phone, and email about products.
Be the person who knows who is doing what and where things are.
Be the person in charge of day-to-day operations.
Here is what we are looking for:
Required Skills/Key Responsibilities:
⁃ Reliable, responsible, clear communicator
⁃ Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain workflow seamlessly
⁃ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Digital Marketing for posting to platforms, and sales
platform needs.
⁃ Managing email correspondence efficiently and effectively
⁃ Providing regular updates on task progress for you and the team/understand general project
management
⁃ Handle general administrative tasks to support the team
⁃ Helpful if you know a little bit about Mid Century Modern furniture and lighting and can
convey enthusiasm for the style.
Personality and Skills:
⁃ Honest and reliable
⁃ Experienced, motivated to do a great job, and passionate about vintage furniture.
Ideally – you would also be able to:
-assist set decorators and shoppers from TV and Movies.
-assist with sales and rentals

Compensation: From $25 and up per Hour (depending upon experience)
