Legacy Licensing Partners, LP is seeking a logistic manager to help manage inbound / outbound logistics, compliance and operational tasks.

Legacy specializes in partnering with the most widely recognized movie studios to create sustainable products at an incredible value. We are seeking an organized logistic manager who is skilled in multitasking and who is excited to join this amazing company!

Disney

Marvel

Lucas

Viacom

Warner Brothers

Universal NBC

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, our products are available nationwide in retailers such as Dollar Tree, 99 Cents Only, Kroger, Albertsons, Burlington and many other retailers.

Position Overview

Legacy Licensing Partners, LP is seeking a logistic manager to oversee studio compliance, inventory management, quality control, customer service, logistical transportation and other operational tasks. We are looking for an organized and dependable individual who is willing to work full time in the office.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the activities of inbound and outbound logistics

Manage the compliance process between the movie studio and the manufacturing facilities

Manage vendor deliveries, quality issues, inventories and lead-times

Report on shipping schedules

Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments

Ensure products are delivered to their locations in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria

Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs

Negotiate rates with carrier

Education, Experience, Skills

B.A. or B.S. preferred

3+ years in logistics or operations, preferably with an importer

Excels in both collaborative and independent projects

Ability to manage multiple projects and absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and client

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience in the consumer goods industry and/or licensed products preferred

Able to meet tight deadlines and self-manage projects

Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Suite

Proficient in Quickbooks

Proficient in Spanish

Business Hours

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Schedules can vary based on deadlines and projects. This is an in-office position.

Salary Rate

DOE (Depending on Experience)
