Our client is looking to hire a Rockstar Wholesale Sales Assistant to help in growing their clients existing customer base! This role will report to Director of Sales. You will play an integral part in growing an existing business for two different product lines. Your ability to multi-task, identify opportunities & following through to sale will make you successful in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management Multiple lines - analyze & identify opportunity with existing account base to grow business & market share.
Prospecting identify holes in distribution and add to existing prospect lists. Initiate dialog with prospective customers
Assist the sales team with reporting and analytics
Top Account Onboarding - vendor portal & item set up as required by vendor
Establish relationships with buyers and assistant buyers
Email availability reports to buyer
Organize and attend tradeshows when needed
Some travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Wholesale experience a MUST!
Customer-service oriented
Self-Starter with excellent follow through
Excellent organizational, time-management, and work prioritization skills required
Ability to multi-task and balance many projects at once
Must have strong verbal communication and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint
Blue Cherry knowledge is a plus but not required
