SUMMARY
Currently hiring full-time position for armed security guard that progress to longer hours. We prefer prior service military or at least 1 years of experience as a armed security guard, but not required, but if willing to go under training/testing at a shooting range and same psychological testing during probation of the post. This position is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers, and all visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be alert and watching when visitors are on site and maintain peace on property.
Protect property from theft, fire and accidents.
Investigate and report accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other relevant incidences.
Implement appropriate security and safety measures to deter and prevent unauthorized entrance into the residential and prevent theft or diversion of property.
Such other functions as directed by management.
Maintain a professional appearance
Possess your own semi-automatic pistol (if armed) Glock or hammerless pistols are best.
must be able to attend a company standard training at least 6 times a year (shooting range drills, physical training drills and test, learning specific security theory and study)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
a valid California Guard card with firearm permit (no exception!)
have a working smartphone
have reliable transportation
Customer service experience
Ability to work swing/ nights and weekends
Pepper spray certification need
