GSSi is seeking candidates who are interested in being a full-time field supervisor. This position can be worked as unarmed or armed. Preference is given to candidates who have the most flexibility.
This is a uniformed position based out of our Wilmington office that requires driving a company vehicle. Successful field supervisors work within a team, are driven self-starters, and do not require micromanagement. We are looking for candidates who have strong experience as a post commander/field supervisor/account supervisor.
Starting payrate: $22.00
Shift Available: All Shifts are being considered but must be flexible and able to cover a graveyard shift.
Basic Requirements:
1. Valid BSIS guard card
2. Valid California driver's license
3. Good driving record
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Good written/verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work OT/holidays/weekends as needed
7. Ability to respond to text/phone/emails in emergencies
8. 1 yr experience as a lead ofcr/field supervisor/post commander/account supervisor
9. Good organizational and follow up skills
10. Scheduling experience
11. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Basic Duties:
1. Operate a company vehicle
2. Assist branch and scheduling manager with tasks as directed
3. Complete Daily Reports (DAR)
4. Train and mentor security officers
5. Respond to operational emergencies
6. Handle call offs and scheduling of security officers as needed
7. Visit posts and conduct post inspections/client visits
8. Report issues back to management
