Job Description:
Oceanside Patrol is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and visitors while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and via vehicle.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Report safety violations, suspicious activities, or potential hazards.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
-Guard Card
-Eligibility to work in United States
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Availability to work: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday.
Rate: $18/hour
