Direct Hire Account Manager with sales expereince. Responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business. This role focuses on identifying at-risk customers, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to improve client retention rates. The Retention Account Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.Must have experience in sales.
