Full-time | 6 days/week (Mon–Sat 10–7, Sun 10–5)
Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000+ per year
Commission: Up to $400 per vehicle sold

We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who can take customers from greeting to delivery with confidence. You’ll manage your own floor and control your income.
What You’ll Do
Engage walk-in and digital leads through chat, SMS, and email
Present vehicles, structure deals, and close with in-house financing support
Work with our in-house finance company to approve and deliver deals same-day
Maintain professional follow-up and CRM documentation
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
California Vehicle Sales License – required
Strong closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Punctual, professional, and reliable
Automotive sales experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
