We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team and drive our business forward.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at ONGUARD INC, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for:
Conducting door-to-door sales and attending appointments set by the sales team.
Managing inbound and outbound sales meetings.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our security guard services.
Utilizing strong negotiation skills to close deals.
Passionately selling our security services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold-call prospects from external lead sources.
Conduct outbound calls to generate new business.
Identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Identify and engage decision-makers within target leads.
Develop and maintain a robust CRM database of customers and prospects.
Support marketing efforts, including trade shows and events.
Make follow-up calls and send emails to potential clients.
Prepare post orders for new clients.
Conduct quality face-to-face sales presentations.
Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet potential clients throughout Southern California.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in service sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Expertise in customer relationships, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service.
Excellent persuasion skills and a high level of work ethic.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Education:
High School Graduate (required)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
