Summary:
Promote and sell SERVPRO commercial services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop commercial customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships. A Commercial Large Loss Business Development Representative will monitor loss activities and priority respond to generate work from commercial opportunities and provide clear communication and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
Primary Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining relationships between large business development partners and key associations.
Engagement in one-to-one relationships and establishment of brand awareness.
Provide Priority Response for large commercial businesses.
Establish lead qualification for potential commercial projects.
Provide and execute storm responses for commercial clients.
Utilize contact record management (CRM) management system to document client & franchise community
engagements.
Assist with program implementation for all new commercial clients.
Maximize account opportunities (leads, jobs, and revenue) by commercial clients.
Communicate activities and results to commercial clients.
Education and Experience Requirements
Marketing or similarly related field is required.
A minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
Experience with sales and marketing with an emphasis on the commercial development sector.
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry.
Working knowledge of business software technologies is preferable.
Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural
Drying (ASD), and Commercial Drying Specialist certification or ability to obtain within two (2) years of
employment.
Should possess an established client portfolio and be prepared to present a sample during the interview.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week minimum, with some weekend and/or holiday work required. Travel may be required.
