With annual growth of over 25% the past four years, we need a GREAT sales director to help us take our company nationwide. Our growth potential is nearly limitless.
$66K/yr. salary plus an estimated $10K/yr. in commissions and bonuses.

Person must have:
At least five years experience as a sales director or ten years in sales with management experience
Excellent track record of driving in sales
Extensive knowledge of sales, motivating salespeople, and lead generation
Passion for landing big clients
Strong people skills
Ability to write and execute sales programs and meet quotas
Excellent math skills
Strong literacy
Strong creativity
Strong familiarity with Word and Excel

Job duties include:
Fully organizing our salesforce and sales strategy
Overseeing all salespeople and helping them meet their quotas
Ensuring our sales strategy is executed
Focus on continuously driving sales and marketing ROI
Working out all budget, resource, and logistic needs for sales execution
Working closely with our marketing department to drive leads
Working with our sales team to capitalize on opportunities
Helping to train our franchises and branch offices on sales so they thrive
