Looking for energized people with previous experience with customer service and in the cannabis industry to work full time (shifts from 8 hours up to 12 hours). Our hours of operations will be from 10AM to 10PM every day. Applicants must have a valid ID, proof of reliable transportation, experience in the cannabis industry, available at least 40 hours a week and a base on customer service skills. Among the duties expected from the applicants are: greet patients, check patients in our system, collect text blast information, create a happy environment for your patients while helping them, follow our customer service steps (explained further on), promote our upcoming events, collect the designated amount of subscribers and reviews per shift, know how to upsell our deals and have complete knowledge on handling money, clean and organize common areas in between patients, follow all closing duties per shift. Last but not least, be a team player.

Managers must:
-have previous manager experience on the cannabis industry
-always be on time (15 min prior from shift)
-have a reliable transportation
-have open availability (no set schedules)
-must be available to work some full shifts (10AM-10PM)
-must be willing to relocate if necessary
