HIRING: Jewelry Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assist in sales.
DUTIES
Providing jewelry knowledge and information to customers
Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
Assisting in the display of jewelry daily
Packing and shipping of merchandise as ordered by customers
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the show room
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
Assisting in social media marketing strategies
SKILLS
Technical sales experience, preferably in the field of jewelry or related luxury items
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base
Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
