We are an asset recovery company seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting skip tracing (training provided), locating contact information, and reaching out to individuals to inform them about unclaimed funds held by the state.
While the concept might seem straightforward, it requires skill and persistence. Many individuals, particularly seniors, may be unaware of these funds and may initially be skeptical. Your primary role will be to build trust, communicate clearly, and demonstrate that we are here to help, not to scam them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skip tracing to locate individuals (no prior experience needed, we will train)
- Contact individuals via phone to inform them of unclaimed funds available to them
- Build rapport, address concerns, and overcome skepticism
- Set up appointments for the closing process, which will be handled by us

This is a commission-based position, and due to the length of state processes, it may take 6-12 months before you receive your first payment. For this reason, having another source of income or working part-time is recommended.
