Project Manager/Logistics Coordinator/Sales- 4K Aluminum, Reseda, CA. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized manager and B2B sales person, preferably familiar with the construction industry. We sell pre-powder coated aluminum building systems to contractors. Ideal candidate has sales experience, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent rapport with clients, command of complex scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person and on the telephone with orders.
Outreach and training for new customers, assistance with first purchase
Inventory management and tracking.
Forecast needs and order appropriately from regional and overseas suppliers.
Organize and coordinate pick up and delivery of product for both receivables and sales.
Prepare customer invoices and reconcile billing with accounting
Qualifications:
Must be tech savvy be literate in: Zoho Inventory, Google Drive, Word, Excel.
Valid Drivers License
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Sales experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
