New Construction Estimator/Project Manager
High Income Potential - Seeking Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial doors, plan reading, estimating, and new construction project management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform comprehensive plan and specification take-offs
- Draft well-crafted proposals
- Develop new national chain accounts
- Foster lasting relationships
- Follow up on proposals
- Conduct in-field meetings and networking
- Manage projects
- Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Provide general department support
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors
- Proficiency in plan takeoffs and interpreting specifications for commercial doors
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Estimating and project management skills
- Computer literacy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset
- Mechanical aptitude
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Essential construction knowledge
- Highly motivated
- College degree is preferred
