Responsibilities: Employee will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors; Ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently adhered to by collaborating with the Marketing team; Planning and directing staffing training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales; Collaborating with dealers and vendors to grow regional and local sales; Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM), such as Endear, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc., to drive growth through community engagement; Analyze consumer trends; and Developing and implementing marketing strategies to plan advertising services and securing information on client specifications. Salary range $71,560 - $76,560. Standard company benefits. Employee will report to headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: One (1) year of experience in job offered or related marketing position. Other special requirements include: Six (6) months of experience planning and directing staffing training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales; Six (6) months of experience collaborating with dealers and vendors to grow regional and local sales; six (6) months of experience using Customer Relationship Management(CRM), such as Endear, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc., to drive growth through community engagement; and six (6) months of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies to plan advertising services and securing information on client specifications.
