We're hiring a motivated, strategic, and organized Sales Manager to lead our rapidly growing national construction/remodeling sales team. You’ll oversee a team of internal and on-ground reps across several states and help us scale our company to new heights.
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing construction and remodeling company expanding in every state in America. We specialize in quality residential remodels and large-scale construction projects. We operate under the Xavy Services brand and are building a powerhouse national sales team.
Role Overview:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple U.S. regions
- Track daily/weekly sales goals (target: $500,000/month per region)
- Oversee onboarding of new reps and support their performance
- Create strategic sales plans and monitor KPI dashboards
- Report directly to executive leadership
Compensation:
2% commission override on all team sales
$2,000,000 monthly sales goal per region = $40,000/month average
Performance bonuses and leadership incentives
No cap – earn based on what your team closes
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing sales teams (construction/remodeling industry preferred)
- Comfortable working remotely and using CRM tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- U.S.-based and available during business hours
- Laptop, internet access, and phone required
