We're expanding our team and looking for both a Sales & Purchase Manager and a Sales & Purchase Specialist to help drive our growth.

You'll be instrumental in developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing our supply chain to ensure we're always providing the best products to our customers.
Sales & Purchase Manager
We're seeking an experienced leader to head up our sales and purchasing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales and ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the sales and purchasing function of the company.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage key client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities.
Oversee the entire purchasing process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
Analyze sales and purchasing data to optimize performance and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
At least five years of experience in sales, purchasing, or a combined sales and purchasing role is preferred, ideally within a wholesale distribution or import business.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and optimizing procurement processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software.
Sales & Purchase Specialist
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and purchasing operations. You'll work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing client accounts and processing sales orders.
Source products, place orders, and track shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Maintain accurate sales and purchasing records.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and product trends.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
At least three years of experience in sales, purchasing, or a related administrative role is preferred, ideally within a wholesale distribution or import business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
