Highline Automotive Dealership in Santa Monica looking for Sales Representatives. Car dealership experience with internet lead background preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements: Self-motivated sales professional with inside or outside sales experience, Previous finance and warranty knowledge a plus, Possess a valid driver's license & satisfactory driving record, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities and duties:
Respond to internet leads via phone or email or TEXT
Generate appointments.
Responsible for making outbound follow-up calls.
Assist customer in vehicle selection.
Demonstrating vehicles
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
Qualifications and skills
High school diploma/GED required
Sales Experience Preferred
Customer Service Experience Preferred
Must enjoy talking to people
Common knowledge of cars is necessary
Work with the team to achieve the common goal
Bilingual is a plus
Team player
Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
Valid Driver's License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CRM proficiency
Applicant should be highly organized and detail-oriented
