Job Description:

Join our established BPO company, a leader in the entertainment niche with over 21 years in business! We specialize in telesales and call center services, providing leads and upselling paid website memberships for entertainment professionals. We are seeking an experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to oversee a dynamic sales team at our in-office location on Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, in the Mid-Wilshire area near Wilshire/Western.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Floor Supervisor, you will manage and inspire a team of up to 10 sales agents in a high-volume, in-person call center environment. Your leadership will be key to driving sales performance, enhancing team morale, and ensuring our agents meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 sales agents, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and maintaining a high-energy sales floor.

Monitor team metrics and individual performance, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve sales goals.

Foster a positive, results-driven environment that encourages growth and success.

Collaborate with management on sales strategies, reporting, and team development.

Support the onboarding and training of new sales agents to ensure a smooth transition and rapid productivity.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $17 per hour

Commission: Earn overrides on personal sales and those of your supervised team.

Potential Earnings: $30 - $40 per hour within the first 30 to 60 days, with top earners reaching up to $45 per hour!

Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-volume, in-person call center environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive, productive work atmosphere.

A passion for the entertainment industry and a commitment to helping professionals succeed.

Ability to work full-time at our Los Angeles office, with occasional remote work flexibility.
