About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, articulate, and experienced Salesperson to join our team. This individual will handle inbound leads, schedule client appointments, and run the sales department with precision and confidence. You’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, following up with project leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our estimating and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads from our marketing and referral sources
Schedule and manage appointments for site visits and consultations
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes
Manage the sales pipeline and track progress in CRM
Coordinate with project managers and bid preparation
Maintain consistent communication with clients from inquiry to close
Requirements
Proven experience in sales. Estimating / take-off experience a plus, but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills — perfect written and spoken English required
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Computer literacy, proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
Preferred Qualifications
Strong sales background
Background in contracting or development preferred
