Location: Gazelle Pilates, 4351 Van Nuys Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule:
Monday: 7 AM - 12 PM, first to book with all new clients
Tuesday: 8 AM - 1 PM, 8 AM Trio Reformer Class starting August 13th
Wednesday: 7 AM - 12 PM, first to book with all new clients
Thursday: 8 AM - 12 PM, 8 AM Trio Reformer Class starting August 13th
Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM, Standing 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM secured and ready Aug 2nd.
Your Role:
As a Pilates Instructor at Gazelle Pilates, you'll conduct comprehensive high-level Pilates sessions, provide Private, Duet, and Trio instruction and lead Trio Reformer Classes. You'll design tailored programs for individual and micro group settings, ensuring every participant enjoys a safe, impactful, and positive experience. Beyond instruction, you'll foster a nurturing, motivating studio community, propelling clients towards their wellness objectives, and uphold a pristine, inviting class environment. You'll also handle direct communication at a concierge level for scheduling and policy education, converting all clients to standing appointments and memberships.
Requirements:
Certified Pilates Instructor with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
Proficiency in providing Private, Duet, and Trio (closed and classes) instruction.
Valid CPR certification.
Valid Liability Insurance.
Stellar communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
Efficiency in MindBody Software
Deep-seated passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional instruction.
Flexibility in working with various client demographics and fitness levels.
