Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates instruction, a commitment to promoting health and wellness, and the ability to create personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Pilates classes and private sessions for clients of varying ages and fitness levels.
Assess clients’ fitness levels and goals to develop customized Pilates programs.
Instruct and demonstrate proper techniques and form during exercises.
Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different abilities and injuries.
Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote a holistic approach to wellness.
Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as necessary to ensure goals are met.
