We are high end Japanese owed Salon with 15 stylist in the heart of Santa Monica looking for a receptionist to take care of our front desk.
-Taking calls for appointments
-Booking appointments (familiar with Booker system is a plus!)
-Greeting clients with great hospitality
-Checking out clients
-Helping out cleaning the salon and back side
Qualities we are looking for
-Professional phone etiquette
-Approachable
-Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize task based on importance
-Reliable transportation
-Japanese bilingual is a plus!
