We are a well reviewed spa that has been open for more than 10 years in Belmont Shore named Dee Dee Thai Spa. We are looking for a few friendly front desk receptionists to join our team! You will be responsible for welcoming our clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and taking payments. We are looking for someone outgoing, friendly, organized, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and voicemails.
-Greet guests in a courteous, professional and timely manner to create a positive first impression.
-Checking clients in and out.
-Assigning clients to therapists.
-Organizing and booking customers.
-Inputting customer info into the computer.
-Explain available services and evaluate customer’s needs.
-Gather information from patients in order to prepare for appointments.
-Basic computer skills
We are open everyday from 10am - 9pm and are looking for people who can work 5-8 hour shifts.
